In an effort to make the inaugural Rochester Harborfest 10k a unique event on the local racing docket, the race will feature a spectacular finish like no other around. The final stretch will include a 400 meter long finish on the boardwalk parallel to the beach at Ontario Beach Park before taking runners around the Roger Robach Community Center and onto the beach itself for a final 100 meter sprint in the sand to the finish.

3rd Annual "Chosen Run" 5k
at St. Mary's Parish Summer Festival

St. Mary’s Parish Festival

Pre-registration postmarked by 8/15 is $12 for students under 21 and $15 for adults. Cost is $18 after 8/15.

The race will begin on the north side of St. Mary’s School (Brook Street).  The course will follow Gibson Street west through neighborhood streets to the finish On Hubble Street (east side of the school).  Race day registration and number pick up on Brook Street side of St. Mary’s.

Prizes awarded for 1^st, 2^nd,3^rd all around.  1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd age groups. Ribbons for all participants.  Tee shirts for the first 200 registered. Drink ticket for use at festival (soft drink, beer, wine). Walkers  Welcome. Proceeds will benefit St Mary’s School in Canandaigua, NY.
